If you notice any signs of tampering or visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the order and contact us right away through our Contact Form.
If refusing the package isn’t possible, please file a claim with the delivery courier and notify us on the same day you receive the order—or at the latest within 24 hours.
Be sure to include clear photos showing the condition of the package and shipping label. Don't throw away the package or shipping bag.
Please note that without this documentation, we won’t be able to process your claim.
