How Returns and Refunds Work
Standard Returns:
Once we receive your returned item and approve it, we’ll send you a confirmation email. The refund for the returned product(s) will be processed back to the same payment method you used to buy them. Typically, you’ll see the refund in your account within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your bank.
Other Return Options:
If you chose special return options—like a free return label, a gift card refund, or other benefits available in our Returns Portal—your refund will be processed according to the method you selected.
Please Note:
In some cases, return shipping fees or customs fees may be deducted. All these details and options are clearly explained in the Returns Portal, so you can review and decide what works best for you.
